FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Where are you are located?
Everlasting Pause is located 30 minutes south of St. Paul, MN. Travel services are not available, as all portrait sessions take place in the photographer's studio.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. All sessions require an upfront non-refundable security deposit of $150.00. The remaining balance is due no later than seven (7) days before the scheduled session and must be paid via PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle. Personalized payment plans through Klarna and Affirm have been discontinued.
Do you provide unedited or RAW images?
Yes and no. Unedited images can be purchased as a gallery for $350 and are only provided in JPG format. The RAW format of unedited images is not available for purchase.
What is your turnaround time?
Images are provided within 3 weeks of the client confirming their image selections for editing from their proof gallery. Proof galleries are made available to clients no later than 48 hours after the session, unless otherwise stated. Products that are not delivered digitally via email, such as prints and canvases, have a variable turnaround time because they are handled by a third party.
Do you provide prints and canvases?
Yes. The fees for these products range from $100 to $600. Canvases come framed.
What is your availability?
Portrait sessions are regularly provided on Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays. Sessions on weekdays (Th and F) are scheduled for 6:00 PM or later. Sessions on weekends (Sundays only) are scheduled in the morning or early evening, depending on the photographer's personal commitments that day. Saturday availability may be offered occasionally, but is limited.
Do you provide other types of photography services?
No. I focus exclusively on traditional and lifestyle portrait photography in my studio space.
Do you offer sponsorship opportunities?
Everlasting Pause provides sponsorship opportunities only to individuals or groups who have completed at least one paid photography service within the past year. This ensures that all sponsorships reflect established relationships built on trust, shared values, and demonstrated professionalism. Fulfilling this requirement does not guarantee sponsorship. All sponsorship decisions remain solely at the discretion of Everlasting Pause.
